Role Description


We’re looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and creative Senior Marketing Executive  to join our team. With a passion for creating compelling written and digital content you’ll work with the Head of Marketing to execute the marketing strategy and help build and maintain a strong and consistent brand in the UK, Ireland and beyond.


Working closely with the sales department, you’ll be an important member of the team, crafting messaging, presentations and sales collateral, as well as uncovering opportunities to develop news stores, case studies and articles. You’ll have a creative flair with an analytical and naturally inquisitive approach, together with a keen eye for detail in developing written content as well as creating imagery, graphics and videos.


You’ll be a digital evangelist striving to drive organic and paid traffic to our website, you’ll have knowledge of delivering SEO and PPC campaigns.



Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the sales team to develop, write and deliver sales collateral (proposals / case studies / graphics / videos)
  • Create messaging and draft presentations to support key client meetings
  • Create and execute a content marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement and deliver leads to the business (based on keywords and search volumes)
  • Develop, manage and execute a content calendar and PR plan. Writing and publish engaging content – internally and externally
  • Support events
  • Undertake keyword research to inform the content strategy and SEO
  • Support the company’s social media outreach
  • Generate digital content including graphics and video production
  • Build, optimise and execute successful PPC campaigns to maximise ROI
  • Create compelling ads and landing pages for campaigns


Key Attributes 

  • Solid 3-5 years marketing experience
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent / or hold a recognised marketing qualification
  • Outstanding written and spoken English with a keen eye for detail to proof read content
  • Clear understanding of best practice SEO, search engine guidelines and paid search
  • Pro-active, self-motivated individual with exceptional project management, time management and organisational skills
  • Design conscious with creative flair
  • Commercially astute marketing professional with the ability to demonstrate structured analysis, reporting and ROI on marketing activity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, not afraid to take responsibility with a “can do”, problem solving attitude.
  • Background in B2B marketing or experience within construction / engineering is desirable but not necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience of working with digital tools Google analytics
