General Statement of Policy

Murphy Surveys is a progressive modern company which provides mapping and surveying solutions to a wide range of public and private clients in Ireland and the UK. We pride ourselves on providing a quality service to our clients through the utilisation of the most modern equipment and techniques and through our professional and motivated staff. We recognise that people are the company's greatest asset and we are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for our staff. We exercise a philosophy that is based on the provision of safe work places, safe work equipment, safe working procedures and qualified and experienced staff who are dedicated to safety. The company directors and staff actively work to maintain and further develop a positive safety culture within the company.

Murphy Surveys will continually improve on such standards applicable to our operations wherever reasonably practicable, through ongoing continuous improvement. The Company has as a main objective, the elimination of accidents and ill-health to employees and anyone else who may be affected by our acts or omissions. The various responsibilities are set out in our policy document and this is brought to the attention of employees regularly through company induction, communication and ongoing training.

This document will be reviewed annually and amended as necessary taking into consideration changes in legislation and work practices.
